A national spotlight is on Irvington native Noah Sterling. Sterling has been selected by Sprite to compete in a long-standing, nationwide film program in hopes of winning the ultimate prize – the opportunity to work on a $30,000 contract job for Sprite and The Coca-Cola Company!
The Sprite Films™ program selects the best of the best creative minds from participating schools across the country to compete in this unique opportunity to obtain valuable on-the-job experience and learn first-hand how to produce a short film. The individual sixty-second spots will be judged by a Green Ribbon Panel – a group of industry experts for the rare chance to work alongside Sprite and The Coca-Cola Company on a creative contract assignment.
Sterling (director) and his teammate Megan Melrose (producer), from SCAD University, will be heading to CinemaCon – the gathering of the motion picture theatre industry – April 16-19, 2013 in Las Vegas. At CinemaCon, finalists will have the opportunity to meet with influential directors and well-known actors who will share insight into the film industry and provide guidance on this journey.
